Based in Seattle, The Inkroot Project is a literary arts nonprofit founded by young writers, for young writers.
We’re here to support underserved and marginalized students by helping them connect with creative writing as a means of self-discovery, expression, and empowerment.

If you’re a student in grades K-5, we have some amazing news for you! The Inkroot Project is kicking off a brand-new, 100% free, in-person workshop series designed specifically for young writers in grades K-5.
